Came here twice since we have been on holiday here. Food and drinks are good. Like the hot options. I know you can't screen customers coming in but the amount of business people talking loudly on their phones was deafening. One was trying to run his business from the seated area and having a very heated argument on his laptop. Several people left glaring at him. Suggest you put up a sign with minimal stay time and keeping your personal calls volume down!

Always great food and coffee. Friendly well trained staff, tho not wearing masks? Nice airy design. Ground floor is good for people with disabilities. However, many people will struggle with the steep flight of stairs to unisex toilets. Lots of unused space upstairs where they could be separate toilets for men and women. Do wish we had china cups and saucers and no single use plastic lids for hot drinks. I've been a Pret customer since they first opened.
