She was brilliant, kept the drinks flowing, made sure we were never left waiting, constantly came back to check on us. All the staff were running around non-stop, keeping every bottomless brunch table well stocked in drinks, the food was lovely too. Considering it was Chester races, very hot weather & the England game due to start later on, they all did a wonderful job and worked well as a team.
