I had to travel to Chester and my partners train from Warrington to Glasgow was cancelled. So we found ourselves stuck in Chester and needing hot food. Google suggested Bella Italia, despite it being a chain, we decided to give it a try. We had the compulsory bruschetta to start and it wasn’t too bad. Drenched in pesto; which for me spoils it slightly, but still fresh and tasty. My better half ordered the Gamberoni and I ordered the Signature Bolognese. Absolutely fantastic.... this place requires 10 stars...here's why.... clean and fresh decor, amazing service, quick turnaround for the order.... starters within ten minutes, mains ten minutes after....portion sizes spot on (and I can eat). The spicy sausage pasta was to die for and the house fries.....well...just try them 🥰. Amazing service.... downside, the bill comes with a built in 10%(optional) service charge, which I find a bit cheeky, but that said, they got another 10% on top of that because it really is amazing quality.... if you're in Chester....try it ....amazing... decent veggie o

Just had an amazing meal at the Chester location tonight. Beef and red wine tortellini followerd by cookie dough for dessert. Absolutely delicious food, and the service was absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend, this is the 3rd Bella Italia I have visited and the service in all 3 is spot on!!

Its my first time going to a Bella Italia and it was lovely. Our servers Emilia and Keira were so kind and welcoming. Our food came really fast and was delicious. A great experience.
