Absolutely love this little coffee shop. Lovely chilled atmosphere and lovely staff who make you feel really welcome. What more could you ask for 😊

Often come in here. So I thought I would leave a review this time. The coffee I had was very nice I went with Brazilian blend which was well worth the extra 30p. I had a cheeky Welsh Cake as well they are very nice. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Their cake selection should suit all tastes and dietary needs. Definitely worth a visit

We like the coffee here and we try to visit one if passing and need refreshments. No food this time but the coffee latte was good. The atmosphere is good and the background music (80s /90s vibe) was nice to hear. Sadly, the shop was quiet but there were still quite a few trays left on the tables. Another major bug bare of mine was the state of some of the furniture. Seriously worn out and definitely needs replacing. Staff were polite and friendly but stayed behind the counter chatting rather than keep the front of house up to spec.

This is a great coffee shop with a relaxed vibe that I often visit. I want to say, in particular, that the staff are obviously well trained in how to talk to customers respectfully. As an older person I am often called"love", "darling" and other such overly familiar greetings when I am buying something. When that happens I usually don't return. So thank you Southbourne #1 for doing a great job!
