This one is in the Crawley county mall shopping centre .... this is a relatively small costa coffee with limited seating .... its very near to the Crawley railway station ...... have tried various cold coffees as well as the usual ones and they were all good

The horrible girl working there called “Chai” needs to learn some serious manners and customer service skills. I asked her a basic question about a voucher I had on the app and she lost the plot, so aggressive, so angry, SO RUDE. Said shouted at me “I don’t know anything about it or how it works” so you work at a costa coffee shop and you know nothing about a costa coffee customer wanting to use a costa coffee voucher on the costa coffee app which it gives to its customers for their loyalty….that makes total sense darling… Asked for their new promoted maple syrup, she snapped back “we don’t ha
