Today I visited the Costa in town centre Crawley, and ordered ice coffee with a bit ice, but the cup was filled up with ice and they forgot to put the coconut flavour as well.

This branch used to be my favorite, but now I’d rather get my coffee at the train station — it’s cheaper and much better. All I’m saying is that the staff need proper training to make consistently good coffee: the right amount of syrup, correct temperatures, and attention to detail. For example, if half of the coffee shot misses the cup, just remake it instead of giving the customer a barely flavored, lukewarm drink. No complaints about most of the staff — everyone is great and friendly. Except for one guy who seems to do everything possible to avoid serving customers. He’ll turn his back on
