I had such a lovely experience in the Marks & Spencer Food Hall at Derbion thanks to a lady called Zia. She was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming when I needed assistance, and honestly had the most amazing customer service energy. Many people, especially foreigners like myself, thinj Marks and Spencer food hall is expensive. In reality, there is no other supermarket in the UK that combines quality of product with value for money as M&S does. You may not be able to buy everything you need at good prices, but everyday, you will find a variety of products with discounted prices, or simply get them at the normal price but their quality can't be faulted. Rubbish. Used gift vouchers to buy new shirts. This was some time ago. Put one on this morning - long sleeved. It was selected from the short sleeved section. Waste of money. I will never wear it. Very disappointed and not what I expect from M & S!
