Possibly because at 4pm we were the first diners to patronise the restaurant after opening. Ambient temperature of the restaurant improved later so we assume the heating had not been turned on until opening at 4pm which was missing a trick as no one wants to eat in a cold restaurant. Turning the heating on slightly earlier would help enormously. Food was really nice. We recommend the lamb shank as the meat was tender and the sauce was delicious. Kadai paneer was
