Lamb karahi was delicious - I don't normally get lamb (as I worry it'll be tough) but the waiter recommended it and I'm so glad I did! So tender and delicious. Service was absolutely fantastic, actually couldn't recommend enough. Will be bringing the family back.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Sangam Didsbury and the service was fantastic! The Food arrived quickly, with some unique dishes steaming hot, I particularly enjoyed the samosas and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We really liked the decor of this restaurant although the ambient temperature needed to be increased as it was cold when we arrived. Possibly because at 4pm we were the first diners to patronise the restaurant after opening. Ambient temperature of the restaurant improved later so we assume the heating had not been turned on until opening at 4pm which was missing a trick as no one wants to eat in a cold restaurant. Turning the heating on slightly earlier would help enormously. Food was really nice. We recommend the lamb shank as the meat was tender and the sauce was delicious. Kadai paneer was
