Irish person who hated it! Americans do not go here!!! Not real Irish pub! Was so excited to go as I live here in Edinburgh and they are cork Orientated. We we sitting near the main door in a quiet area when they came at about 11pm and very rudely just dragged the chairs from under us away. We had been there since 9.30 ordering lots. I have never ever been in a pub in Ireland that took our chairs from us , especially with out at least 30 mins notice. Our seats weren’t even in a busy at such as the dance floor. Brog the busiest dance floor in Cork never takes a chair so not a true Irish place.

As someone who has been a regular in pubs and clubs all my life, I’ve never experienced anything like this, an absolute joke! No Irish pub would ever do this. Not an ounce of extra space was gained, as we were left standing where our seats had been. The drinks were expensive, and the pours of vodka and whiskey were absolutely tiny. Atmosphere wasn’t

I love the band and headed here for a drink and wanted to buy a dkm jersey. They were sold out of jerseys, and played top 40 dance music. I was hoping to hear some pub like songs like boys on the docks or rose tattoo. Staff were friendly, guiness was good.
