E. L.★★★★★

Very lovely and bright location. Tasteful but fun decor. Loads of colour and room for natural lighting, especially with the sun coming in through the large windows. The brunch (and coffee) was amazing. Portion size was generous, and the flavours were delightful. Staff were friendly, and very morning chipper. Overall a very pleasant experience

Derek Zuckert★★★★★

Delicious food in a friendly environment. Lots of tables but some very close together. Staff were diligent and keen to ensure we were happy. With food that tasty - happiness was easy! It’s not cheap though.

Seriously underwhelmed by the food. Scottish breakfast which took ages to come then was taken away immediately as it was missing the tomatoes. Eggs were cold and my request for brown sauce was met with a bemused look. On completion of the meal I realised the Serrano ham was also missing, check the photo. The coffee will put hairs on your chest. Very friendly staff but I doubt I will be back. My friend had the pancakes which she enjoyed and they did come with all the component parts

I lived in Edinburgh for a year and this was my favorite coffee shop. It has the best chai latte you will ever have; I’ve been trying to replicate it at home but nothing beats it so far. Maybe it’s the environment that is the extra ingredient that’s missing. On a sunny day, the whole cafe turns a lovely warm yellow and its right at the corner of the Meadows. I felt very inspired here, whether writing, studying, or talking with a friend. The employees are always nice and although there will be more coffee shops in my future, I will always remember this place’s name and will come back here every
