We stayed in the Premier Inn for two nights and ate here for dinner and breakfast. Food was predominantly good, a couple of little issues with under cooked bacon and sausages. Staff are friendly and try to help. Seems staffing levels are a little low which adds pressures. I have uploaded recent photos of the menu.

I am a premier inn customer every single day for 8 months per year and i use to have breakfast and dinner at The BeefEater, I have never found employees unpolite as i have found in this place. I am a guest of this premier inn for the next 2 days and i won' t have breakfast or lunch or dinner at the beefeater. as soon as i got in at 8:30pm the girl and guy behind the counter looked down on me saying that the kitcken was already close, at the premier inm reception said the kitcne closes at 9pm. You are please to teach your employees that customers must be welcomed with a smile and never look

I was at the Lady Nairne Beefeater on Wednesday 25 February 2026 for a meal. The meal was great. However, special mention must go to Ian who looked after us. We were seated quickly with both our food and drink orders being taken and served quickly too. Ian was very attentive without being overbearing, ensuring we had a lovely meal and evening. People tend to complain quick enough but rarely praise when fantastic service is received. Ian is a great ambassador for Beefeater and if they operate any sort of reward and recognition scheme then I have no hesitation in nominating him. The food we had

We visited the Lady Nairne Beefeater last weekend and had a fantastic meal. We were acknowledged immediately as we approached the check in area and shown to our seats. We were given the menus and asked if we'd like to order drinks. The drinks were served quickly. We were served by Ian, who I believe is the Manager. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We ordered the mushrooms and chicken goujons, sirloin steak and salmon. We were too full to have desserts. All the meals came nicely presented and hot and we thoroughly enjoyed them. I would like to thank Ian for his excellent service and friend
