Cane highly recommended by TIMBERYARD. Specifically the lasagna pie. It was good. Everything was good. Not mind blowing, but good. I guess I expected more of a Michelin star restaurant recommended them. 🤷‍♂️ That said, try the lasagna, kebab, and Scottish pies. The butter chicken was good too.

Cheap and cheerful. Service wasn’t the best as it was just a young lad who didn’t look overly thrilled to be there. The food was very old school and at a very good price. Love it how it’s open 24 hours. Overall probably not my favourite type of bakery but I am glad that I have been.

£15.60 for 3 pies and 3 donuts. Ludicrous high prices. And it isn’t reflected in the quality. Chicken curry pie. Well, it’s a pie shell filled with a cheap German supermarket’s jarred curry sauce and a sprinkling of frozen chicken cubes. The shop was cluttered with boxes and tins/jars of supermarket items being used for fillings. Used to be a great place, now a total disgrace. Old man Storrie would be turning in his grave

Pies are good but they are definitely not 24/7. They weren't bad in the past (closed once in a while) and I had become reliant on them for a snack when on the run. Don't go much any more as they've been closed for no clear reason 1 out of 3 times I've gone. Door half open. No explanation. No note of when they will open up. Asked ab employer standing at the door what was going on and dint give me any info. Bummer. This used to be a place I'd get pies 3-4 times a week.
