Excellent!! We loved this restaurant on Princes Street in Edinburgh. We came around 17h and it was still very quiet, but we got served swiftly. The food was absolutely amazing - we had the celeriac fondant and the bacon cheeseburgers as mains. The fries that came with the burger could perhaps be the best ones I've ever eaten. We were also very pleasantly surprised with the starter, it was the first time I tried Haggiss and Ioved the idea of covering it in small croquettes.

My partner and I came here to celebrate our first Valentine’s Day together and decided to try the teatime menu, which looked great in photos and reviews. Thank you so much for the service. Alejandro was very friendly welcoming and courteous. We loved the location and ambiance. This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back again. The food was really tasty and good value for money. Absolutely loved the Sunday roast. Special thanks again for Alejandro for remembering my partner was gluten free and giving gluten free bread with the starter. Thanks again for the great experience.

Me and my partner visited yesterday for a special date and loved it. I was a little nervous to eat here because it had been a while since I ate anywhere as “high end” as this restaurant, but the staff made me feel very welcomed. Every server who checked in on us was extremely kind and professional, especially Pepe. We were sat at a table with a beautiful view which made our date all the more special. Music was nice, and just the right volume (this was noteworthy for me as I get overstimulated due to medical issues). The food was delicious and we were very happy with the generous portion size
