Wildfire was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Edinburgh! The first time my daughter and I stopped by, the restaurant was fully booked. Even though they couldn’t seat us, the staff went out of their way to check if they could squeeze us in. Their kindness made such a great impression that we immediately made a reservation for later in the week. It was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The cozy atmosphere made us feel at home, and we enjoyed eve

Just finished an exquisite meal at Wildfire. Went there because of the seafood but ended up having steaks that were truly amazing. Top quality, beautifully cooked and seasoned and amongst the best steaks experienced. Even the side salad was well seasoned and was more than just a garnish. Quaint and rustic restaurant that was busy with reservations and walk ins but have to make special mention of the service. Top level on the way dealing with not only the customers eating but also how they dealt with both walking - squeezing people in with a time limit - but also even turning people away was

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening. This is a very nice cosy restaurant with comfortable tables and chairs. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious! I had the goats cheese to start and then the sea bass, which was perfectly cooked and a generous portion. I was too full for dessert. Would defintely recommend if you are looking for a small independent Scottish restaurant with a varied offering, intimate atmosphere and good service.

The food and service were amazing. The lamb shank was the best I’ve ever had. My daughter loved her filet. All of the sides were delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was phenomenal. Highly recommend WildFire.
