Maureen Martin★★★★★I visit the gym as a disabled person. I always receive a friendly welcome from the reception staff. The gym is open to all levels of fitness. I personally have been given lots of encouragement and support from Helen who runs the health referral programme. I believe attending the gym also helps with my mental health.
