I visit the gym as a disabled person. I always receive a friendly welcome from the reception staff. The gym is open to all levels of fitness. I personally have been given lots of encouragement and support from Helen who runs the health referral programme. I believe attending the gym also helps with my mental health.

We went to the ASN ice skating session, the staff were very helpful and supported the kids fantastically. By the end all the kids were able to skate around the rink and enjoyed it (was a bumpy start) we had the last 15 mins of the session to ourselves and cannot fault them at all.

Love my classes at Moray Leisure Centre. So many options of different fitness classes. My choice: yoga at 6:45am on a Thursday (times may vary so book in advance)! A perfect way to start my day with the fabulous Charis. Easy check in. Fit life classes. Clean studio. Easy parking/lots of parking.
