Multiple tables were in the same situation, constantly having to get up and chase staff. I had children at the table who were hungry and had finished their drinks, yet their meals came last, a basic failure in hospitality. This was my daughter’s 10th birthday, completely overshadowed by the poor service. Despite this, we still spent over £200, money they clearly don’t value.
