Lina★don't usually leave reviews unless it is serious, ordered kfc through deliveroo, was craving a zinger rice bowl as i haven't had one in years and when i last had it a few years ago it was delicious, won't be ordering from kfc again, tasted bland & dull in comparison to how it was years ago, and just to make it worse i was eating the last bit of chicken and flipped it over with my fork and noticed mould, honestly don't even know what to say, started feeling ill and sick a few hours later, most likely consumed mould without even knowing until i got to the last bit of the chicken fillet, will be

I didn’t want to call anyone because everyone looked very busy. A staff member named Farees noticed and kindly came over to ask if I needed help. He patiently showed me how to use the kiosk and stayed with me until I completed my order. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a big difference to my experience. It was a small act, but it meant a lot to me. Please pass on my thanks to Farees. May God bless him and the whole team always.
