Brian Curtin★★★★Beautiful building in the centre of Epsom High Street facing the main road. This Spoons has ample outside seating facing market stalls on a wide footpath area. Stella is £4.70 per pint & 3 small plates come in at £14.99. It was busy the Saturday morning we visited with all ages enjoying a breakfast before hitting the shops in the Ashley centre. Parking is available close by at the centre for £2.50 for 1 hour. Lovely relaxing Wetherspoons that was formerly a drapers shop & building society.
David Denyer★★★★Nice place. A little disappointed to find out that the food in weather spoons is not all the same. The fish portion was very small compared to The Moon on the Hill in Sutton
K. Peake★★★★This was a great pub for a pint when waiting for our train, with a section near the bar that includes a smooth glass roof! Chandeliers are pretty and the design across the wall has a relaxed feel, counter itself is stylishly presented. I enjoyed an Angelo Poretti and cleanliness was solid, although it is a bit of an unsuitable location being right next to the exit of a shopping centre.
Andy Watts★★★★★Recently done up but it doesn’t really look much different to before. And it’s always rammed so very often hard to find a seat. But it’s always busy because it’s a good place to have a reasonably priced drink and bite to eat. Decent sized outside area too, in the market place.
