Very professional and attentive staff. My daughter and I were shopping in M &S Exeter yesterday, and whilst we were on the first floor , out of no where my daughter developed a nose bleed. I asked a member of staff who was nearby and she quickly escorted us to a quieter place to sit down and called for the store medic. A big shout out for this medic member of staff who was so kind and calm as she assisted my daughter until the nose bleed had stopped. She also called us the next day to check all was OK. We felt thoroughly looked after, and valued and turned situation around that could hav

Came in on Saturday to shop for a brown coat. Approached an assistant & asked for the coats “ oh they’re dotted about” was the reply asked her an idea where I can look “ no” was the reply. What’s happened to your customer service? If she didn’t know she could have offered to find someone to help! No help was offered at all. Extremely poor service. Obviously went elsewhere.

It is a pity, that the quality of the goods is high, but the "quality" of the staff is low. My daughter went out in tears - there was no help with her first bra at all, except pointing to somewhere, where the first bras should be hanged. Sorry ladies, never again

Usual M&S store, easy to find and not far from the station. Good range of not too expensive clothes for both women and men. As usual it may be a little more expensive than other stores, but the quality is always good and worth the price.
