Cannot praise enough the staff in particular Nicola who was the manager & 1st aider who looked after her with compassion and professionalism. Also another member of staff sorry I didn’t get her name who went away and brought a jumper and trousers so my sister in law could change into. Thank you to everyone who assisted it was very much appreciated 🙏

Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.
