We visit Costa Coffee quite often, and it’s become one of our favourite spots—especially for my dog, Bean! Every time we go, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel really personal. Bean always gets so excited when we arrive, and her absolute favourite treat is the puppy cup—they always make such a fuss of her, and she loves every second of it (lots of tail wagging involved!). It’s little touches like this that keep us coming back. A great place for both humans and their dogs—highly recommend from both of us!

I just witnessed a really tricky customer not happy about not being able to purchase a product as he mentioned he has an allergy. Both people working were excellent dealing with a tricky conversation, sticking with their process and backing each other as a team. I just wanted to say well done to both as a customer watching it unfold. Dealt amazingly and really are both a credit to costa! My son is also a BSL signer with complex needs and when we were served the lady really was flexible and understanding to my sons needs, and even signed thank you. 5*’s!!! Thank you
