Despite it being a slow service that I could cope with but the cleanliness is disgusting the coffee and food are good, hot chocolate served cold. Human error is acceptable but dirty environment is not….

It's always a pleasure being served by Elly or possibly Kelly, as she is always friendly, super helpful and goes above and beyond. Today she offered to bring my coffee and fresh water bowl for my dog to my table. It's what keeps me coming back and she deserves some recognition. Tried to leave feedback on their website too but problem with form.

I go to a few coffee shops around Exmouth, and I have to say the service in Caffè Nero is unlike any other - there is a young guy with a goatee (I don’t know his name sorry!) who is absolutely amazing and super welcoming every time we go in. I will only go here now purely because of him!!! 😄

A nice Italian-themed place to have a coffee (or a tea, if coffee isn't your cup of tea!) and maybe do some of your work while you wait for your hot drink to cool down. There's a Disabled toilet (i.e. one for disabled) that anyone can use, located at the back of the bar... room.
