I ordered for delivery from this restaurant. Half of my order was missing and the food was freezing. I ordered a chicken combo meal which includes chicken selects chicken nuggets and medium fries and medium drink. Everything was missing apart from the chicken nuggets. The restaurant put in a small bag of pizza mozzarella dippers. Not ordered nor part of the meal. Also ordered was a happy meal which was customised to have NO MUSTARD. Of course it's a standard 'offer' but the variations come with food and service It was fast but my 1/4 pdr was dry and not juicy or hot. It had been standing too long No serviettes or ketchup provided or offered Fries not hot It's just lazy management as it wasn't exceptionally busy

We've definitely noticed this place improving over the past few months, wait times are shorted and food is hotter! Which is exactly what you want and is almost hard to find in fast food currently! Good communication from staff, whatever they are doing they should keep it up

I’ve ordered several times from here and mostly the order is wrong or missing. Staff are completely disinterested in correcting the error and this extends to the manager who I apparently spoke to. Refused to deliver the burger that was missing (a pretty important component of a meal) and just fobbed me off to Uber despite it being McDonalds who packed order! Uber refunded the cost of the burger but hardly what I wanted which was my evening meal that I’d already waited for nearly an hour. Again completely disinterested and told me to order again, incurring more service charges, delivery fees an
