Staff are great and very friendly. There’s a good selection of beer and whisky, and the place is quite spacious so it doesn’t feel cramped. A solid spot to stop in for a pint if you’re around the West End, not far from Byres Road. The food looks really good too, proper pub food and above average.

Staff friendly and attentive, food nice, and reasonably priced. I had soup as starter therefore when it came to dinner I opted for half fish which eas delicious and more than enough, my partner had the sunday roast and enjoyed it. Deserts we felt could have had more than a spoonful of ice cream with sticky toffee pudding as it was quite dry. Not much of an atmosphere in the the restaurant, bar more atmospheric.

Difficult to leave a bad review when the customer service was outstanding. However in my 12 years of being vegan I have not had a worse breakfast. £12.99 and your plate is full but it’s actually rank. I don’t even blame the chef as it’s the actual quality and standard of the food not necessarily the cooking. Disgusting vegan sausages as in the worst I have ever tasted. You can get a better tasting breakfast in Wetherspoons or Morrisons for half the price. Customer service and the general ambiance is great. The guy serving could not of been more helpful but it’s the actual food that let it do

So glad we decided to call in this place on the way back to the subway station from Kelvingrove museum. Didn't look the best from outside with a group of smokers hanging around the door - but such a difference inside. Bright light and airy, lovely staff and great décor. excellent choice from the menu as well as lunchtime specials. And a great choice of ales including Drygate brewery which we visited the day before. Very happy - thanks all
