Paul Muir★★★★★I always try to visit the Sauchiehall street Pret when I'm in Glasgow and have a sit in Scandi salmon rye roll or avocado chicken sandwich, which are both excellent. Add to that a nice mango fruit pot and a Pret flat white and I'm one happy customer. Not the cheapest coffee shop out there but it is by far the best. Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable how to make a great coffee. .
Iain Wishart★★★Just had a Pret Latte here - a very milky affair lacking any taste of coffee whatsoever. Wife just described it as 'the worst Pret latte I've ever had". Apart from that the staff were nice and breakfast tasty.
Katie Edwards★Jules is shockingly rude and tried giving me cow milk coffees when I stated my allergies and specifically asked for oat milk, which he repeated back to us. When it came to picking up, I double checked it was oat milk and he said no sorry I didn't hear that - I am severely lactose intolerant. Then aggressively asked me to step aside when I already was. He was also our first point of contact upon entering the establishment, by shouting "Excuse me!" right in my ear and without saying please whilst we were queueing. I am Autistic and he has caused me so much distress that I'm physically shaking. C
Priyanka M★★★★★Always grab a chicken avocado sandwich from Pret when it's available, it's amazing. Love that they don't charge separately for vegan milk like most other coffee shops do. They have great selection of healthy items and lots of options for hot food too. Definitely worth a visit to try their sandwiches!
