I have visited finkins on two separate occasions; once for a dessert and another time for breakfast. The first time I arrived, it was quiet and the staff were engaging in small conversations with us whilst ensuring that we felt included. Once our food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with the flavours, perfect consistency and temperature of our desserts. The second time I visited, it was a lot busier, but the staff were still very nice to us when we ordered our food. Once again, the food was perfect and everything looked amazing. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends/family

It was great to have the Sunday lunch back again. Everything was as good as ever especially the Yorkshire puddings and honey glazed parsnip. They were also excellent at finding us a quiet corner table as I’m on chemotherapy. Excellent service and food.

Lovely place to visit for a bite to eat. The toasted sandwich was great, the portion of fries was just right (not too many!) and oh my goodness the cake was twice the size I was expecting. Lovely atmosphere, clearly lots of locals go here regularly and are well known.

Breakfast cost £9.95 with £1.50 extra for black pudding, this includes tea or coffee. So considering the price point an excellent breakfast and would have no hesitation in visiting again. The sausage seemed to be a standard catering type sausage, so quite bland, but considering the price not a surprise. Breakfast wrap a good size and plenty for mother in law and a really nice scone according to my wife. All in all a lovely experience.
