I went to this pret store at the morning. Ordered two iced caramel latte to a lady stuff name OWE or something(i don’t know it’s her name or not it was just written on her batch). So the thing was she didn’t understood that i ordered iced caramel latte instead of this she just put my order as a normal latte that was totally fine human can do mistakes. But the thing is when o received my coffee from barista he said it’s just normal iced latte then i asked i ordered caramel one he said that lady gave him the just normal latte order. I asked the lady she just ignored me & i asked can you please

Love this pret . Staff are really helpful and efficient. It gets quite busy but worth the queue. They have seating inside and a few tables outdoors. They have loads of vegan options like the falafel salad box, avocado, rocket and sun-dried tomatoes baguette, dark chocolate cookie and mango granola dessert. They have fruits and crisps on offer too.
