Came during lunch yesterday to be served by lovely Evie who was very fun to get along with and hardworking. During a busy shift she has managed to satisfy all of our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our drinks food and experience was splendid. The food was great, we shared a cannelloni and a pollo cacciatore with doughballs and were stuffed!

We were impressed with the look of this restaurant and the robot carrying dishes to tables. The food was mediocre and the service was way below expectation. We ordered an extra portion of chips with a meal but this did not arrive until after the meal was eaten. It's a mystery how it can take so long to cook a small portion of chips, especially when chips were included with other dishes ordered. Chased multiple times and not much of an apology.

Ollie served us today and made my sister's birthday extremely special. I have never been served and looked after by anyone so helpful and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. For someone so young to have such care and attention for detail shocked me so pleasantly. He was extremely passionate and he is a credit to your company. I would come back and recommend purely on his work ethic and his love for his job. He needs a promotion because we don't unfortunately receive great service nowadays.
