I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and basic understanding shown by the staff at this branch. I have IBD, and after realizing a drink I ordered was causing an immediate flare-up and painful cramping, I politely asked if it could be replaced with something suitable. Instead of being helpful, the staff were dismissive, told me 'it’s just fruit,' and even claimed their manager would refuse to help. For people with digestive conditions, certain ingredients (like fermentable fruits) are medical triggers, not just a preference. To be told I would simply have to pay for a second

Unfortunately,the young person who served seemed to be more interested in talking to their colleagues. No please or thank you as I was reluctantly served. Then failed to pass my order on to their colleague. Really poor service. Not the first time. On a prior visit, coffee lacked strength, after complaining, they replaced it with a similar tasting coffee, for some strange reason we returned as we thought it might of improved? Sadly not.
