I had ordered a Seasonal Chicken Burger and a chicken wrap, stepped outside for just two minutes, and came back to collect my food. As I approached the door—which opened automatically—the security guard suddenly pushed/touched me without any warning. I wasn’t rushing in, I wasn’t arguing… I was simply trying to

They also claimed to have checked the CCTV of them putting it into the bag and me eating it which is completely false. I then spoke to a manager who claimed to have saw me eat this. which was entirely not true as i never received it and they kept saying it’s not a big deal due to the price. But i feel like it is principle that i should receive what i have ordered and not be called a liar but their staff. Security also agreed with me but there was nothing much th
DJ -★Extremely disappointing customer service on a Saturday. Please ensure staff can communicate clearly in English. Fries were half empty and the burger tasted awful. I’ve never left a bad review before with McD's, but after waiting 10–15 minutes for my food, I felt I had to.
