ONE OF THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD AT A McDonald's RESTAURANT I never thought I would have to write something like this, but what happened to me on 30th November at around 12:20 (Order 058) honestly left me shaken and embarrassed in front of a crowd of strangers. I had ordered a Seasonal Chicken Burger and a chicken wrap, stepped outside for just two minutes, and came back to collect my food. I ordered food and only received half of my order. I then complained about this and an employee denied that they had missed anything. They also claimed to have checked the CCTV of them putting it into the bag and me eating it which is completely false. I then spoke to a manager who claimed to have saw me eat this. which was entirely not true as i never received it and they kept saying it’s not a big deal due to the price. But i feel like it is principle that i should receive what i have ordered and not be called a liar but their staff. Security also agreed with me but there was nothing much th

Extremely disappointing customer service on a Saturday. Please ensure staff can communicate clearly in English. Fries were half empty and the burger tasted awful. I’ve never left a bad review before with McD's, but after waiting 10–15 minutes for my food, I felt I had to.
