Car park rip off at M&S May 2026 I went to M&S for lunch, picked up some food and then met my daughter for a coffee. I used there Wi-Fi which was just about ok. Had a bacon butty which was passible and some desert. I was in no hurry so did a bit of work on my laptop. 2 weeks later I got a parking fine for £85. I was fuming at the thought that I spent probably £100 in M&S only to be charged £85 extra. Of course M&S took no responsibility for the car park surprise surprise and euro car parks made it impossible to actually complain or speak to anyone. Won’t be going back to M&S again any time so

I always enjoy visiting the food hall and make it a weekly stop. However, during my visit today, my 2-year-old daughter accidentally pulled her pram, causing a small amount of coffee to spill on the floor. I approached a member of staff (an older lady with blonde hair and glasses) to let her know about the spill. My review is purely of the designated breastfeeding area. I was introduced that this room yesterday and was so excited to have safe, private space to feed my baby, I'd never known m&s has a nursing room so to know they do really was a privilege and I think it's amazing that they have this space set up. The room itself is great! Comfy chairs, nappy changing units and a toilet for potty training too. To preface the door does have a lock, however the space is built for multiple women to be able to nurse and change nappies at any time. I also do not mind sharing the space with other mothers, there

I had my Eyes tested last week. The experience was very positive from introduction to leaving. I popped in 1 hour early just to look at the frames, there had been a cancellation. So i was able to be seen early! Very professional, experienced staff & Optician explained his findings every step through examination. On choosing my new frames, i tried a few pairs on, i was never rushed, the Lady advised me until together we picked out my beautiful new glasses! I would definitely recommend, cant wait to pick them up.
