I enjoyed my food and the staff was really helpful as my recipet wasn't coming out of the kiosk they offered me a new one so I can see what I ordered manager was also helpful towards my order and the food was absolutely spot on the fries was fresh and the burger was nice the only thing that put me off was the staff not wearing gloves as I went to the marina mcdonalds snd they washed there hands and put gloves on sk I think this branch need gloves but other then that I am happy and s satisfied customer!!

I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Hartlepool and overall, I had a decent experience. The location of the restaurant is quite central in Hartlepool, making it easily accessible for people living or working nearby. It's also conveniently situated within a shopping mall, so it's a great place to grab a quick meal during a shopping trip. One thing that stood out to me was the designated eating area in the centre of the shopping mall. It was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy my meal in a comfortable and clean space. However, I did find that the service was a bit slow at times. D

These facs put your number on the display right away but you need still to wait for your order. So this is the deceiving of system for their bosses think that they work fast!

Utterly miserable meal. Never again here. Cold broken burgers and what tasted like yesterday's fries. Even the coke was tasteless.
