M&S Havant is one of those rare stores that genuinely has it all under one roof. Whether you're popping in for groceries, updating your wardrobe, grabbing a coffee, or simply need clean and convenient toilet facilities while you're out and about, this store ticks every box. The Foodhall is well-stocked with the quality products you'd expect from M&S, the clothing department offers plenty of choice, and the café is a lovely spot to take a break and recharge. What really makes this store stand out, though, is the staff. Every visit is pleasant thanks to the friendly and helpful team, but I must

Car parking can be tricky when super busy. Store clean, well laid out with small upstairs cafe. You’ll need a £1 coin for your trolley. Food shop always well stocked. Clothes range good for an out of town M&S. Baby : kids / men’s area upstairs laid out spaciously too.

Takes ages, floor and room is dirty. Loads of options not available (1230) everything is prepackaged and microwaved. We had the wrong food arrive. Had to ask twice for sufficient milk for my tea. The poached eggs were so cooked they had started to turn green. Tesco cafe is far better.

This is about the M&S Cafe primarily, which is accessed upstairs, and has toilets near by, staff lovely, food selection of hot and cold is generally good. Tried to order a Sausage sandwich and they were sold out of sausages, not sure how that’s possible with a food store below ! Chips were under cooked, hot, but soft and not chips rather dam / soft hot potato strips. Other items were lovely. Only 3 stars due to the food, not the staff who were lovely and very attentive and helpful.
