This ASDA branch is really big and has almost everything you could need — from cooking tools and household items to food, drinks, and small appliances. It’s convenient to find everything in one place, and the store is spacious. And however, the prices aren’t the cheapest; some other stores offer better deals. Customer service could also be improved, as it’s not always the most helpful or friendly. There are also not many checkout machines, which can make paying take longer. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop but there’s room for improvement.

Great Value and Quality A solid and reliable supermarket. The Hayes ASDA lives up to its promise of low prices on weekly favourites, and the fresh produce is consistently good quality. The store is clean and well-stocked. It loses a star because it can get very busy, leading to queues. For great value, however, it's my go-to store.

Go elsewhere not here! When you shop here it's hard to find anything you need or want, items are in places that don't make sense so shopping takes longer then it should. The toilets are often full of men washing which is completely bizarre! Toilets are always out of order and are filthy. Hayes in general is absolutely disgusting so my advice would be to go and shop elsewhere.

Nice big superstore, with very good pricing. The carpark is under the store and is a good size. Only complaint is that everyone was parking in the parient/children spaces and disabled spaces, so there is no point having them. These parking spaces are not monitored, I saw individuals, with no kids just pulling up and parking in the disabled or parent spaces, not a care in the world for others.
