Fusha W★I just ordered a mango bubble tea via Deliveroo with lychee popping balls and found dirt/debris of some sort at the bottom of my cup. Unfortunately I took a sip and only noticed this because it spilt on me as I took a sip. This is absolutely disgusting and a health and safety risk.

Instead of the milk tea, I ordered the passion of fruit royal tea. Service is fast. Staff are friendly and polite. I'm looking forward to checking out the other new flavours.
R★Really really disappointing I have emailed to complain and there has been no reply. It has been TWO weeks since the brown sugar milk tea has been Oos via delivery platforms. I went in two weeks ago to get the student discount offer for £3 and was told it is not available. That is fine but I decided to order a brown sugar milk tea which to my surprise as this is an extremely famous flavour was out of stock. I understand when supplies finish but it has been nearly two weeks! This is extremely upsetting as you are the only bubble tea shop in the area
