I just ordered a mango bubble tea via Deliveroo with lychee popping balls and found dirt/debris of some sort at the bottom of my cup. Unfortunately I took a sip and only noticed this because it spilt on me as I took a sip. This is absolutely disgusting and a health and safety risk.

Walked past this bubble tea shop yesterday and noticed a long queue. On the way home today, I decided to stop and check the place out. Instead of the milk tea, I ordered the passion of fruit royal tea. Service is fast. Staff are friendly and polite. I'm looking forward to checking out the other new flavours.

Really really disappointing I have emailed to complain and there has been no reply. It has been TWO weeks since the brown sugar milk tea has been Oos via delivery platforms. I went in two weeks ago to get the student discount offer for £3 and was told it is not available. That is fine but I decided to order a brown sugar milk tea which to my surprise as this is an extremely famous flavour was out of stock. I understand when supplies finish but it has been nearly two weeks! This is extremely upsetting as you are the only bubble tea shop in the area

Lovely boba tea . My kids loved it fresh . The staff who served us name is Rashi, she is friendly, patient and polite. She helped us with our order. Highly recommended best Boba in west London.
