I visited this restaurant last night whilst in the Heswall area for a golf competition. I had done some research on local restaurants and made Nova my choice for dinner. The restaurant is really stylish in design and attractive to the eye and senses. We were greeted by 'Harry' the manager who took us to our table and started the process of ordering by getting our drinks order. We then chose from the 'Al a carte' menu, foregoing the taster menu and set menus that were on offer.
