Karen Crossland★★★★Lovely food, service was very good but I felt could have been better, ie take plates away as soon as finished ect, asked for yorkshire puddings on Sunday dinner and was charged extra £1 not bad but thought this should have been included. Slight dated room but really did enjoy the overall experience
Matt Rose★★★★★Splendid traditional country pub, in a nice village setting, easy to get to, unbelievable value for money, splendid food which is clearly made fresh and on nice hot plates. Been bringing both my wife and mother here for many years and they've always been more than happy, plenty of spaces to park, car park nicely tarmarced, must've been a recent job, beer garden cosy size. A real Wirral gem
