M&S has always been my favourite food store in Wycombe, but recently the quality of fruit has gone downhill. I used to trust it so much that I didn’t even check before buying, but last time my blueberries were completely mouldy. On my visit today I noticed more fruit on the shelves in the same condition. Very disappointing for M&S, as I’ve always associated the brand with freshness and high standards. I hope more care is taken with stock rotation and quality checks.

I took some items back for a refund and I’d describe the process as functional. The staff member did what she did, almost no words exchanged and I went. If M&S isn’t about its service, then it has not enough to offer.
