Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I mentioned that my drink had been made with the incorrect milk and asked for it to be changed, two of the staff members were very passive aggressive towards me questioning me from across the cafe. Once the drink was remade it had been made with little care, the cup wasn’t full and the matcha was grainy and gross. The staff member pushed the drink at me across the side and tutted

Friendly staff and good coffee make this a great place to stop for a drink. The food is also really good with a decent selection of salads and sandwiches. I'm personally very partial to their Christmas lunch sandwich...... Obviously only available at certain times of the year! Seating is nearly always busy so it can pay to find a seat first!

Rebecka and her team are SIMPLY THE BEST!! I go to many Pret coffee shops around the South East and this is by far the friendliest and most efficient.
