It took over 1hour and a half to receive our food, unfortunately not all at once either like promised(I was told 40 mins wait and everything will come together, as to not get mixed up). My starter arrived after I finished my main. My kids were waiting for their food even after I was done(these were all ordered together). The Nachos starter was dry and not as described on the menu, missing the salsa. I will not be back to the Hounslow branch, I will try a different branch.
