Was out with the family on Valentine's day, restaurant could not handle the orders unfortunately. It took over 1hour and a half to receive our food, unfortunately not all at once either like promised(I was told 40 mins wait and everything will come together, as to not get mixed up). My starter arrived after I finished my main. My kids were waiting for their food even after I was done(these were all ordered together). The Nachos starter was dry and not as described on the menu, missing the salsa. I will not be back to the Hounslow branch, I will try a different branch.

The food here is fantastic - better than Nandos! We had deep fried lady fingers as starters, some sliders and grilled chicken. The flavours were amazing with the right amount of heat/spice. Highly recommend if you're a lover of chicken!

Great 👍 place to have a great meal .. This time we tried the lunch chicken burger 🍔 ( sauce on the side ) and the grilled halloumi . WOW .. Shayla did a great job recommending the various food items. And my friend tried the grilled chicken breast along with salad 🥗 and avocado. Fantastic Will always come back & recommend to others. Thanks 🙏🏻

I visited Afrikana Hounslow this afternoon and while the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The dishes were tasty, with generous portions and nice plating. However, the service and attention to detail did not match the quality of the food. The table we were seated at was sticky, which gave a poor first impression. When our meals arrived, no sauces were provided even though they were served with potato chips. Drinks were brought out after the food rather than before, which felt poorly timed.
