D'luxe Detailing★★I had a good and friendly experience at Starbucks today. It was very busy, as expected at this time of year, but the team handled it well. Most of the staff were brilliant — focused on getting orders out efficiently and maintaining a warm, friendly tone throughout. The only downside was one staff member who was quite loud and joking around with colleagues in a way that felt a bit out of place for the customer area, using phrases like “I swear to God,” which affected the atmosphere slightly. - pink silk top on (no uniform) Aside from that, the service from the rest of the team was excellent,
Victoria Lanier★Really poor customer service. 3 staff on duty at a slow time 2:20pm with maybe 7 customers. 20-25 minute wait because my sandwich was lost behind counter. No one called my name to pick up order. FOOD-tiny little flat pieces of processed chicken with loads of sauces. Unacceptable!! TINY little cup of peach tea.. too sweet. Try offering sugar free teas Overpriced!
Richy Hypno★★★Nice experience I had a large coffee and an almond croissant. Firstly the staff here were working really hard and never stopped once while I was in there so I hope the manger appreciates their work. My coffee was great and would come back here.
Andrzej S★★Small cafe inside Inverness Eastgate centre. High prices. I have got medium coffee latte and cinnamon swirl bun. Both taste just medium, nothing special. I expected more from Starbucks empire. As you can see on the photo, the coffee is not poured neatly with a bunch of splashes on the cup. Medium sandwich in fridge with taste 5 cheese cost 4.45£. This price for what? It is gold cheese?
