Some of the dishes were quite expensive for the portion size and ended up spending £50pp without any drinks but didn’t leave stuffed but satisfied. Restaurant had a nice chilled vibe but not very big so would need to book if coming in a group bigger then 2.

We had the shio kombu ochazuke, miso black cod, agedashi tofu, imo mochi and tamagoyaki, and each dish was simple, satisfying and exactly what you want from good Japanese cooking. Relaxed atmosphere and a menu full of classic dishes. A great spot in London if you’re looking for proper, comforting Japanese food.
