The staff were really friendly, telling me what similar drinks were available when the one I wanted could not be made and engaging fantastically in conversation! I had one of the promo drinks and it was quite nice, albeit a bit too watery, enjoying the refreshing taste at a comfortable seat. Costa slogans being on the walls is a neat addition and the shop had cleanliness maintained throughout!
