Coffee was great as any costa however customer service was awful. There was an old lady who was serving us and she was just very rude and condescending. Wasn’t polite at all and very unhelpful.

This was a lovely shop to sit in for a drink at, where the menu is presented clearly at the till and includes all of the promos. The staff were really friendly, telling me what similar drinks were available when the one I wanted could not be made and engaging fantastically in conversation! I had one of the promo drinks and it was quite nice, albeit a bit too watery, enjoying the refreshing taste at a comfortable seat. Costa slogans being on the walls is a neat addition and the shop had cleanliness maintained throughout!
