been to this nando’s before when i was younger and visiting lincoln, gave it another go today on our trip! great food, which came out quickly considering they were pretty busy. definitely felt like we were being rushed throughout our meal however, we were approached to be asked how our food was before it even came to the table, as well as 10 seconds after it had landed. i hadn’t even picked up my knife and fork yet! staff members did seem really nice though. water/ice machine was very much broken and overflowing during our trip, great that a wet floor sign was at hand. thankfully it didn’t mal

I HATE THIS BRANCH! I Love the sunset burger but this is ridiculous! not only did they not bother putting the chicken on the grill, they put the wrong lettuce and no chutney?! When i went back to nandos to dispute it i was welcomed with horrible attitude from the workers. The girl working with a lot of piercings in her face (working on the girl) gave me horrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me when i said the chicken didn’t even touch the grill! I attached photos for proof! it was a takeaway order

Came in with my friend. Got served straight away and the food came out quickly too. Staff were very polite, had a nice conversation with Steven? (Could have gotten the name wrong) and the girl who greeted us at the door was very helpful with the allergy menu and how to order Definitely recommended, especially if your ceoliac! Very safe food

The food is good here. However, we rang up to book a table and was told they don’t take bookings for parties of two only larger parties. We arrived later that evening to get seated and was told it would be a half an hour wait. We noticed the host sheet on display only had bookings of 1 or 2 for different times throughout the evening, all crossed out so had obviously been seated. We were never offered by the hosts to be seated outside either, however, whilst waiting the half an hour for a table to be available we watched multiple parties walk in and then be seated by the same hosts outside.
